Biography

Itzik Harosh (he/him) is a doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology PhD program at the University of Kansas. He received a bachelor’s in psychology at CSUCI and an M.S. degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Dialectical Behavioral Analysis from California Lutheran University. His research background focuses on depression, men’s conformity to masculine norms, and help-seeking barriers/ behaviors. He is research orientated in the field, which means he enjoys all aspects of integrated the latest research in his academic roles and clinical roles. While research is a passion, He does have a life outside of psychology. He is a California native who enjoys watching sports, eating copious amounts of food, and spending time with his miniature dachshund-Augustine (he has pictures).
